1. About BoxSpot
BoxSpot is a UK-based community mapping website for roof box campers, roof tent users, campsites, camping locations, vendors and related outdoor travel information.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, keeping your login details confidential and ensuring the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
3. User Content
You are responsible for any content you submit to BoxSpot, including campsite listings, locations, descriptions, reviews, comments, photographs, amenities and vendor details.
By submitting content, you grant BoxSpot permission to store, display, edit, reproduce and share that content on the platform.
4. Prohibited Content
You must not upload illegal, abusive, defamatory, offensive, misleading, spam, copyrighted or harmful content. We may edit, hide or remove content at any time to protect users, data quality, safety and platform integrity.
5. Campsite And Location Information
BoxSpot relies on user-submitted and third-party information. We do not guarantee that listings, campsite details, prices, facilities, access routes, availability, safety information or location data are accurate or up to date.
You are responsible for checking all information before travelling, booking or visiting any location.
6. Vendor Listings And Paid Features
BoxSpot may offer vendor listings, featured placements, advertising, promotional upgrades or paid account features. Paid upgrades may be time-limited and may expire according to the subscription or listing period shown at purchase.
Payment for a vendor listing or advertising placement does not guarantee enquiries, sales, traffic, ranking, visibility or business performance.
7. Amazon Affiliate Disclosure
BoxSpot participates in the Amazon Associates Programme. We may earn commission from qualifying purchases made through Amazon affiliate links. This does not affect the price you pay.
We do not share your BoxSpot user details with Amazon or any third party for their own marketing purposes.
8. Third-Party Websites
BoxSpot may link to third-party websites, advertisers, booking providers, Amazon, vendors and other external services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, products, prices, availability or practices of third-party websites.
9. Intellectual Property
The BoxSpot name, branding, logo, design, software and original platform content belong to BoxSpot unless otherwise stated. You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit BoxSpot content without permission.

BoxSpot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, accurate, secure, uninterrupted or free from errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoxSpot shall not be liable for loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business, travel costs, booking issues, property damage, personal injury, indirect loss or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove listings or restrict access where we believe these Terms have been breached or where necessary to protect BoxSpot, users or the wider platform.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of BoxSpot after updates are published means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
